You have to deliver set of plans; Plot Plan, 3 Floor Plans, 4 Elevations, 2 Typical Sections and Typical Connection details and Notes. Final set in PDF and CADD 2007 version saved 2d file. Rear addition could be any size to create 4 bed/2 bath on Second Floor but has to be very cost effective and minimum expansion to save move in construction.
