Cloud platform management: (Google Cloud Stack Support )
*1. Cloud infrastructure monitoring*: Daily log will be checked and
appropriate action will be taken by Support engineer on all infrastructure
management servers and devices
*2. Service monitoring:* The platform has a lot of interconnections with
external and internal sub systems for information flow. The following
service integrations to be kept running at all times: a. List of web
services/APIs to be added
3. Performance monitoring and benchmarking using appropriate tools
*4. Data Backup:* Configuration of necessary backups (IT Infra,
Applications and databases) as per business requirement.
a. IT Infra: Backup and monitoring tasks will have to be handled
b. Applications & DB: Backups will have to be configured. The monitoring
and periodic restore test would be accomplished by the client
5. Change Management: All operation process changes within the system will
be addressed post management approvals
*6. App development standards: Regular interaction with development team to
enhance the application platform through,*
*a. Data encryption*
*b. Data privacy and protection*
*c. Performance optimization*
*7. Cyber security: Security analysis of various interfaces of the system*
*a. The security standards keep continuously evolving and the philosophy is
to match the client's IT system to the top-notch technology available*
*b. All IT systems will be built with truly global standards to protect the
client's data*
*c. Firewall policies: Implementation of strong policies across network, by
considering business rules*
*d. Implementation of modern encryption*
*e. Review of database column level (sensitive PII "personally identifiable
information") encryption and help development team to accomplish the same*
*f. Help client and development team on GDPR (General Data Protection
Regulation) standards.*
