Required Engineering,Computer Engineering,Software Architecture freelancer for 3D Modeler job

I am looking for a skilled 3D Modeler to create basic 3D Models of homes.
The only thing you need to provide is a fbx, or obj of the final model. There is no rendering, Texturing, or UV mapping to be done by the individual.

There is an example below of the type of images you would be working with, the main focus is to get the front details of the home, and maybe a little bit of one side chosen.
