In search of a reliable and responsible 3D rendering partner who can help us tackle our daily workload and allow us to outsource effectively and efficiently. We currently hold a very high standard for our work quality and expect our partners to be able to match them. The following requirements are absolutely necessary and must be all met to be considered for the position.
- Ability to render in extremely high photorealistic quality, sorry but as a premium 3D rendering agency our quality is what makes us unique.
- Have a STRONG understanding of good lighting, 3d modeling, and rendering pipelines.
- Have a STRONG understanding of physically accurate material creation
- Have a STRONG understanding of modern architecture and design allowing you to translate these ideas into renderings effectively
- Ability to work with either 3DS Max or Autodesk Maya (Preferably both)
- Active and functional Vray & Corona license (Corona isn't a deal-breaker but highly preferred if you hold both)
- Ability to clearly understand both written and verbal directions given by project managers on our behalf.
- Ability to provide next day turnaround for certain projects
- Good, Reliable internet connection
- Ability to communicate daily via Slack - good and active communication is KEY to a successful relationship and ongoing work for all of us.
Most importantly our partner must be well equipped to handle the work with proper functioning hardware that will not bottleneck the pipeline. We understand rendering is time-consuming and you're more than welcome to use our render farms for rendering whenever available.
