Hi! We are designing the marketing materials for a residential project. As the building is completed we will substitute photography for the architectural renderings. Until then we need renderings.
Image #1 is an exterior view of the building. We will provide a colored elevation drawing as well as cad files and numerous pictures of the building as it is currently being renovated.
Images 2-6 are interior images showing the lobby, typical kitchens, living rooms, etc. The files will show you which points of view we are looking for a well as boards that show the finish schedules for these places. I will share some files after shortlisted candidate. Once we have selected a consultant we will provide full CAD files so as to help make your job easier.
The renderings should be as photorealistic as possible. We are happy to answer any questions. Thanks for looking!
