Our platform is made specifically for ordering custom apparel and accessories to shorten the typically lengthy apparel process down to just a few steps. Our technology allows for professional design, vast product options, and quick delivery.
In addition to our platform, each customer is given an Account Manager to help facilitate each order to make sure everything runs as smooth as possible.
With the recent launch of our sister brand, Threadly, we plans to tackle the Corporate Merchandising market in 2020.
What we're looking for:
We're looking to hire a full time Marketing Operations Manager. We are a high growth startup(top 16% of the fastest growing private companies in America) that relies on executing an omni channel marketing strategy.
You will work closely with the CMO & Co-Founder. This role is fast-paced and requires individuals who are extremely motivated and looking for tremendous growth opportunities with one of the fastest growing companies in the United States.
The working hours are roughly 8-10 hours day. The time zone and timing will range from 9 AM PST time to 8 PM PST time (California time zone) depending on the time of the year.
Daily operations can change quickly as is expected with a high growth company. Currently, the job responsibilities include:
Creating workflows, campaigns, and landing pages in Hubspot
Segmenting Customers in Hubspot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
Creating daily reports from different Marketing Systems
Mapping out workflows and campaigns in Lucid Chart
Creates Surveys, Analyzes survey data, presents actionable insights
Works with CMO to make adjustments with the business
Reviewing Performance metrics and coming up with ideas for improvements
Training Employees for New Processes & Updates
Reviewing & Auditing Existing Processes & Campaigns
Creating Standard Operating Processes
Identifying Weak Points for Upper Management
Track and Manage KPIs
What we're looking for:
Conversational, Reading, and Writing English is an absolute must
3+ Years in a Marketing Role Preferred
Engineer Degree Desired
Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce Service Cloud or other enterprise marketing automation and CRM
High attention to detail
Experience with Dropbox
Experience with using Slack
Ability to solve complex problems quickly
Must be flexible with working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment. Our company is growing very fast, candidate must be comfortable with changes to their position and daily responsibilities. We are looking for someone who will not only come in and pick up our systems and workflows quickly but also improve them for optimal results.
The work that is to be done touches multiple parts of the business including sales, accounting, fulfillment, and support. It is imperative that all work performed is 100% accurate as many essential business decisions are made based off the data you will be working on.
On top of daily responsibilities, there will also be Ad-hoc tasks assigned as we explore new projects, revenue streams, and business workflows.
We are a very close team and we work together. We will be investing in you fully to train you quickly and bring you up to speed. We expect you to do your best work, to take what you learn and improve upon it. We are here to help but we want a driver not a passenger, if you have questions we expect you to use the resources we provide as well as your own research to come up with what you think is the best answer. We will work through problems but expect you to be a leader and able to train new fulfillment leads as the company scales(it is scaling quickly and this will happen).
