Required software development freelancer for Creating an automated TS in Neuroshell TP with custom study transferred from a Sierra platform job

I would like to code a complex financial automated trading solution involving some simple "pattern recognition" techniques, creating a variation of custom indicators not available, combined with many variable programmable options (on/off/%/time and so forth ) for optimization by GA and AI combined with custom risk/reward, money management and use of some standart indicators as well. Also will need an add on of a custom proprietary study from a Sierra chart platform. This study will provide actionable signals after filtration as well
Based on what I see on the market it looks like Neuroshell platform could be used for this task ideally as Sierra charting package does not have a GA or AI engine in it and coding from scratch I think is nonsense.... This is an intraday/intraweek type of system that uses universal market principles of Harmonic octaves and repeating patterns for confirmations of market entries with certain adjustments of time, angles, etc...
As the Neoroshell platform allows for a fast user interface input of strategy ideas and testing (some custom work will still need to be done) my thinking is to hire a professional with Python, C++ coding language skills most likely
