Required software development freelancer for Computer Tech Wanted job

Computer Tech wanted for printer installation and re-establishing remote contact to our external hard drive. We need to connect out of state Computer to our local printer for remote print jobs(HP help desk is telling us that the laptop and printer have to be on the same network for the first initial connection before remote printing is possible).
