Required Firebase,Google Analytics,SQLite,Angular,Hybrid freelancer for Ionic App Development specialist job

Need help to implement some features in our app built on Ionic and Firebase. Please revert with a Phase-wise quote

Application: OPEN Business App
Phase 1:

1. Multiple User Support
   
   • Owners can add "sub-user" phone numbers.
     
   • These sub-users have some kind of login on the app.
     
   • Allow data sync with multiple clients/sub-users and 1 owner account via firebase. 'sub-account' does not display the accounts tab and cash balance button.
   
   
2. Testing & Backend
   
   • Strain test entire backend and ensure support for
     
   • Capability to support 2000 products
     
   • 100 categories
     
   • 10 concurrent users on 1 doc

Phase 2:

1. Remove ReCAPTCHA
   
   • Firebase OTP login requires reCAPTCHA every time. Would like to remove it.
     
   • We are using the web version. Using Cordova plugin should fix.
   
   
2. Clean/Implement UI/UX - Goal is keep the feel:
   
   • Streamlined, Delightful, Simple
     
   • Colors to company colors

Phase 3:

• Ionic 3 to Ionic 4 Transfer
  
• Update all pages/plugins etc.
