Required Administrative Support,Customer Service,Customer Support,Shopify,Virtual Assistant freelancer for Customer Service Assistant job

I am looking for a Customer Service Assistant to deal with high volumes of emails.

The person has to be knowledgeable on:

• 17 track, Yanwen, Shopify and AliExpress
  
• Need to know how to search for orders, extract the tracking information and be able to send it to clients
  
• Needs to write and understand good English
  
• Needs to be available on Skype
  
• Needs to have good customer service manner
  
• Needs to understand how to use google sheets
  
• Needs to be available between 23 - 31.
  
• Needs to be available between 3-5pm GMT and 7-9pm GMT
  
• Ideally based in Europe

Rate = $14 an hour.
