Required Email Handling,Virtual Assistant freelancer for Need Virtual Assistant for find locations/send prewritten emails job

I am a traveling circus artist and coach. I need someone to search for CrossFit gyms, yoga studios, circus facilities, etc. (will give more details in regards to types of places) in areas that I will be traveling to, and find the email addresses of the manager/owner of said facilities, send prewritten emails to them, and forward any responses to me. This is how I schedule workshops when I travel and it takes me a long time. If you can come up with a more efficient way to complete this task or help me improve my prewritten messages at all, that would also be helpful and I will make it worth your while.
