1. 4+ years of experience managing social media ad campaigns and working directly in Fb Business Manager.
   
2. Excellent writing, grammar and communication skills.
   
3. General knowledge of other digital advertising channels such as SEO, SEM or Video/Display.
   
4. Ability to tell a meaningful story rooted in data-based insights.
   
5. Demonstrates the ability to develop paid social strategies that meet objectives and overarching program goals, with the ability to leverage insights to draw sound conclusions and recommendations.
