Goal is to set up a end to end collection process using Salesforce, Stripe and Twilio
From Salesforce Stripe Records (Invoices etc.), send emails, SMS, outbound IVRs to take a payment from a customer
All channels should direct to payment options
Process for reconciliation with external billing systems has to be clean.
