I am a Unity designer with a good grasp of C# who is learning Unreal for an upcoming job offer, and would like some help getting used to the language and UE4's interface emphasis more on C++ than Blueprint, but would ultimately like a good grasp on both.
Goal: build some confidence in my ability to prototype some diverse scenarios! (that's when I will be flying to LA for my 'trial week' with a prospective employer)
Preferred format for sessions would be a few one-hour screenshare sessions over the next week or so, in which the tutor/mentor would be answering some basic workflow/syntax questions 'over my shoulder' while I try to make stuff in-engine.
Real basic baby stuff, like Actor interaction and movement controls.
Hope someone can help me out! I miss college, where I could just go find a tutor at the computer lab.
