Required Creative Writing,eBooks,Ghostwriting freelancer for Ghostwriters for NON FICTION EBOOKS job

I am looking for someone to write non-fiction e-books for me. Most eBooks will consist of 15-20k words (if not less). Please only reach out to me if you had experience and good feedback for this.

You will be paid 5 per 1,200 words.

By accepting this contractual offer you are agreeing that as the ghostwriter, you agree that all work created for this project is his/her unique work, and does not borrow from any other copyrighted work. You are also agreeing that as the Ghostwriter, you will not be entitled to any royalties, residuals, or commissions upon the sale of this work, or any past or future work submitted from you, the Ghostwriter, to me, The author. As the author, I will own all works delivered by you, including any copyrights and sale or distribution rights.
