Required Accounting freelancer for Help with preparing 1040 tax returns job

The IRS has made requests for information to a family member and they didn't file taxes for a numbers of years. They have lived out of the country off and on and are currently residents abroad. Help is needed preparing unfiled returns as well as amended some returns to include foreign income and tax credits (which aren't very significant) but experience with this is a must.
