Required Information Security,PCI freelancer for Security Consult - Collecting customer info job

I need an easy and secure way to collect payment info from clients (direct deposit info in particular, but if there is a way to also securely collect credit card info from clients that would be great too). Ideally we'd have them sign an auto-pay authorization form and then get the numbers somehow to enter into bill, without ever storing them ourselves (so is there a way to like grab a secure image, enter the info and then the image is destroyed or something). I've spent extensive time trying to figure out how to enter them into bill directly but that doesn't seem to be a good solution for several reasons. If anyone is an expert in this area and can discuss it with me for an hour, I'd be appreciative!
