Data Scientist Role & Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy statistical and predictive models on Microsoft Azure that translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations across global functions.
- Implement advanced data visualizations to answer key business questions by using quantitative and qualitative techniques on enterprise datasets.
- Interface with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, tailor the delivery and communicate the results to business unites to drive key business decisions.
Technical Requirements:
- Expert in the Python programming language
- 1-2 years of experience developing data solutions using Microsoft Azure
- Experienced in tuning models built using Spark's data science modules and vectorized UDFs.
