Required Accounting freelancer for Accountant for cash flow modelling real estate hospitality job

I am looking for someone to help me to understand excel formulas in the workbook which is a real estate model(hotel and office). In addition, to that, I also need to build a discounted cash flow model for an existing hotel and hotel development project. You will be working with me on screen-sharing to build the model. I need someone who has an advanced level of excel and understands real estate modeling. I prefer to work on Toogit with the person to explain to me the things that I do not understand and build the model.
