I run an ecommerce site, and am looking for a server administrator for ongoing sysadmin work:

Current Work:
1. Server is crashing once every few days
2. Unicommerce (inventory management software) API not working
3. Reduce inline CSS and JS
4. Server response time and page loading time are slow
5. Google Pagespeed improvements.
