I am looking for a freelancer developer who has strong technical background in developing micro PCB board integrated Bluetooth - LED - Piezo Buzzer, having device operational and capable of delivering prototypes to me in the United Stated. The PCB's can possibly be stacked maybe? I need developer to coin best solutions to create the board for me. You must have experience with android app development as well!
