Looking for a PCB designer to create and assist in the development of a custom PCB supporting an internal effort within our company. We would like to take our existing circuit, miniaturize it as small as possible and produce a set of 5.
Need you to design the PCB for production, create a BOM, standby for support and revisions following first run.
Requirements
A PCB module containing an accelerometer, temperature sensor, flex sensor circuity and
connector and strain gauge circuitry and connector.
The PCB module will connect to a one foot cable to an Arduino Uno board.
The accelerometer will have a range of +/- 16g with X, Y and Z analog outputs. The temperature sensor will have an analog output representing a range from 0 to 120 degrees C (part # TMP37).
The PCB Flex sensor circuit will include a signal conditioning op-amp with TBD gain and analog output.
The PCB Strain gauge sensor circuit will consist of a high sensitivity Wheatstone bridge with analog output.
The PCB will contain an interface connector mating to a 12" cable to an Arduino processor,
The PCB will contain an interface connector mating to a 6" cable to a Flex sensor.
The PCB will contain an interface connector mating to a 6" cable to a strain gauge sensor.
