Required Virtual Assistant freelancer for Personal Assistant for Daily Tasks job

I am looking for a personal assistant who can help me with daily tasks for both my personal affairs as well as business affairs. The job would require the use of Asana where tasks will be posted daily that will require efficient and timely turnaround.

Examples of tasks include:

1. Contacting vendors to collect refunds for billing errors
   
2. Phone calls into different customer service centers to gather information
   
3. Contacting Amazon to try to collect refunds

The role will likely expand over time however a minimum of 3-4 hours per day is required for this position.

Looking for someone who has a high level of responsiveness.
