Personal Characteristics:-
- Speak and write perfect English (more languages like French, German and/or Spanish is a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills
- Skilled in the techniques necessary to deliver an instructor-led training
- Mature and positive attitude and comfortable working in a virtual team
- Honest, open-minded, able to deal with unexpected issues, passionate and willing to go the extra mile
- Ambitious to become the best in the industry
- Disciplined and willing to adhere to company rules and procedures
- Able to work independently.
