Required Drafting freelancer for Need Draft for store in Capital city kosher job

I need draft for the new store. I'm opening a new store and I'm changing one wall and adding a wall I going to need the draft for the county to get a permit they require details for the bathroom that they are up to code that parking lot is also up to code.
For handicap accessibility and for all the information to be accurate I try to do it myself but it did not work.
Will be a grocery store so I need a layout of the location.
