Required CSS,HTML5,jquery,Sass,Flexbox freelancer for Frontend junior developer job

We are looking for frontend junior developer who should be able to give minimum 30 hours in week.
He/she should be well aware of all the difference front end frameworks especially connecting python / RASA backend with frontend.
