Required Python,C++ freelancer for NS3 specialist required for 4G network simulation job

We need simulation for a 4G network with xGPON module in the access side which should be connected with a base station, where the let module should be integrated. For simulation results at the user side, we have to prove that the xGPON module in the access side provides better efficiency in data transmission with graphical representation for increase in load vs delay.
