Required PostgreSQL,Heroku,Node.js,New Relic,Ruby on Rails freelancer for DevOps Engineer job

We are looking for a DevOps engineer who can work under our main DevOps Head to carry out the tasks assigned, as well as help optimize our system and troubleshoot issues:

Hard requirements:

Strong Unix skills

• A lot of bash scripting experience or familiarity with a sysadmin style devops automation tool (pulumi, ansible, terraform ...).
  
• Strong experience in Rails or Node
  
• Strong communication skills, especially written

Semi-hard requirements:

• Heroku or other cloud development
  
• Huge plus if the candidate has familiarity with any specific cloud monitoring tools like new relic
  
• Big plus if the candidate considers themselves 'very familiar' with relational databases (postgres)

The candidate should be willing to work primarily in US shift timings.
