I'm looking for a Google Sheets expert that can help with some automation work.

I need to create a Google spreadsheet that summarizes data that's in two different workbooks. One file will have stats broken down by year and month. The other file will have a summary of that data and be able to consolidate data by year (sum values), quarter or months. Also we need to be able to do year over year comparisons. We also need to be able to account for additional tabs that may be added in the future and have the files be in sync. More details will be provided to the freelancer we work with.
