I am looking for someone to hire who can be customer service and who can fulfill orders. The scope of the job may increase but for now, it will be customer service. The job will start with only a few hours a week but will increase as time goes on.

REQUIREMENTS

1. A fluent level of Finnish with exceptional grammar and spelling skills (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
2. High level of English (Both written and spoken)
3. Confidence and an enthusiastic telephone manner
4. Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy
5. Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
