I'm looking to trademark the name and logo of my brand of health products in the USA.
I've done some checks on the US trademark website and it appears to be available.
However, I understand that it's quite bureaucratic and there are probably lots of pitfalls and 'hoops' to jump through in filling it.
I'd like to find somebody with some experience in these matters who can file my trademark for me so that it gets done properly and timely.
I have recently discovered another company in the same niche using the exact same name as us and I'd like to protect my brand and eventually find a way to stop them. They don't seem very reputable either and I'm getting messages from people confusing the us with them.
My brand has been trading for over 2 years and these other guys must have only started this year sometime.
If you think you can help, please could you let me know what the steps would be, what information you'd need and your availability to carry out the work.
