Required Android App Development,C freelancer for Android app - mock up job

I need a test harness, a mock-up, and an Android app. The deliverable must be

1. An android studio project that compiles a dummy app. Use the latest release.
   
2. The app must take the stereo audio feed and apply volume control. It must grab incoming samples, have them processed by a C library and output the processed samples.
   
3. The volume control must be done with an API and a library in C language. The rest of the project can be done in any usual language.
   
4. The C Code for volume control must be compiled as a library. It can be done in the same project or a separate project.
   
5. The idea is to have a test harness. I will later modify the C code to something more complex.
   
6. The deliverable comprises an Android Studio project to create the app. The project must include a C library as described. The C code must be compiled previously in a separate project. The C library can be added to the project manually or automatically.
   
7. All the app needs to have is a slider or knob to control de volume. It can be done on a scalar scale. The slider can have a range from 0.0 to 1.0.
   
8. If it were difficult to grab the audio feed, then use a .wav or .mp3 source file that you can add to the project.
