We are a business management firm that currently uses 5 platforms to accomplish our day to day tasks for our clients. (outlook, excel, data faction, standard phones).
We are looking to build a custom CRM that can onboard new clients as well as maintain lots of data (personal and banking). The most important function would be to have a clear search engine that could point to the proper data. I.e. search query : Doe Smith life insurance policy that would then populate the link to a scanned document of Mr Smiths life insurance policy doc (Extra bonus points if that doc can be scanned and the text inside the scan could also be searched. I.e. Search query Doe Smith Policy Expiration or Policy Limit. Advanced keyword searches are key.
Our success relies on entering clients data efficiently and being able to pull that data up just as efficiently. Can you build this?
