We need a ServiceNow Field Service expert to help analyze their solution. The project consists of two deliverables. We are looking to learn more about the solution from an insider or expert who has hands on experience before we engage with the vendor and go through a full evaluation process.
Deliverable 1
PPT walkthrough of solution and insights into product areas along with qualitative insights on top advantages and challenges with the solution. Also interested in pricing insights and extra potential costs.
Deliverable 2
Excel feature comparison of product and platform capabilities.
