Required Responsive Web Design,SCSS,HTML5 freelancer for Designer needed to create website to promote online courses job

I am planning on opening my own learning portal/consulting company which is going to initially have links to online courses I will be creating. In addition, I would like to include a way to register users to my newsletter and have my own blog on the page.
