I am looking for web scraping developer who can edit an existing web scraping project, currently it updates weekly but I need the data to be saved in a table by date so the price can be tracked.
I'm not sure this is already setup or if the current data is overwritten.
Price can then be referenced on the previous dates to compare trends
I have a 'Digital Ocean' account with project deployed on Ubuntu droplet
information will be stored and I will create various tools from the data:
-chrome extension to monitor price (already created, you need to link with existing API)
-app to monitor price (in the future)
Due to thousands of SKU items we have the current other data being run through crawler A scrapy with multiple IP addresses.
