I need an individual with an exceptional ability to communicate on the phone with potential clients for my injury and family law firm. Two main character traits make all the difference: 1. Empathy for a person going through a very difficult point in their lives, and 2. Ability to be strong and comforting, setting for the client a paid consultation with a lawyer either in our office or on the phone with the lawyer.
The two roles are:
- Operator: A switchboard role of moving calls to the appropriate team, taking messages, etc.
- Intake Liason: Spending time with a potential client on the phone, gathering relevant information, and developing a bond with the potential client before escalating them to a consultation.
We are hiring for 20 and 30 hours a week shifts. Pay is hourly.
There are scripts and training materials, and most importantly, role-playing on calls before actually being on the phone.
