Required Debian OS,Squid freelancer for Squid Proxy Help job

I am currently having an issue on one of my Debian 8 Linux servers

I can't seem to get the squid3 process running correctly because when I try to do service squid3 restart it outputs:

Failed to restart squid3.service: Unit squid3.service failed to load: No such file or directory.

Can anyone help me fix the issue with squid?

OS: Debian 8
