Scope of Work
The Interactive Executive Summary will cover two phases: Phase 1, the team will create an interactive table for the website where a potential investor can answer questions about where they are in the process and their investment amounts. Phase 2, the team would develop back end of the table to grab a property within that investment amount and give it three scenarios based on client logic
Objectives?
The main objective of the project is to make the executive summary easier and more digestible for potential clients.
Project Deliverable
Identifies different levels of investors and matches them with possible "sample" properties in the system and gives them 3 scenarios of returns and information like on example summary
The flow should be intuitive and match the current website design.
Additional information related to use of deliverable? Needs to help information become more digestible. Gauging their investment level and giving them 3 scenarios of a property within that range.
