Required WIX,Wordpress,Shopify freelancer for Website developer needed long-term job

I need someone interested in maintaining and updating 8 websites long-term. Need someone to work on monthly retainer plus hourly to change text, pictures, fix broken links etc. on an as needed basis. Must be responsive and not unavailable for days at a time. Work is sporadic. Some months have numerous changes, while many months have none. I don't have time to jump on a "quick call" to explain what I want. I want a self starter that can take direction.
