I need an php script example of how to include and update records with Chinese, Korean and Arabic characters in a Vertica database. This script must:

Connect Vertica database using ODBC
Run in an Ubuntu16 server
Be compatible with PHP 7.0
Be compatible with Vertica Analytic Database v9.1.1-0
Use parameterized query odbc_prepare() and odbc_execute
I also need specific server settings if needed.
