Required Accounting freelancer for Consulting assistance for QuickBooks job

We are looking for consulting assistance for the following work:

1. Review our current implementation of Quick Book Online (QBO) and assist with potential Chart of Accounts reorganization
   
2. Review Accounts Receivable processes including the revenue workflow from our Event Management system into QBO
   
3. Review Accounts Payable processes including workflow of expense detail from various systems into QBO
   
4. Review Payroll processing
   
5. Suggest improvements to workflow to close QBO every month and develop new procedures for those workflows
   
6. Assist with the development of standardized month-end reporting
   
7. Develop an easy method for creating a budget/forecast report
   
8. Assist with system integration analysis for new resource management system
