Required Excel VBA,Access VBA freelancer for Automate MS Excel based timetable job

I have a MS Excel spreadsheet that I use to manually create a timetable for teachers i.e. what teachers have what lessons at what times. I want to automate this sheet in MS Excel, Access or any other tool so that it will create the timetable for the next week or month automatically.
