Required HTML,MySQL Administration,PHP,Website Development freelancer for Setup MySQL table and Grocery CRUD job

I have a fresh server (on digital ocean) with setup and working LAMP.

I need somebody who will set up my server following things:

1. Setup MySQL table (using PhpMyAdmin) (I will provide table structure, it will be only one table with around 70 fields)
   
2. Install grocery crud to manage this table
   This is free frontend library available here https://www.grocerycrud.com/downloads
   (I want to have bootstrap V4 theme like on the example here https://www.grocerycrud.com/demo/bootstrap_theme, just working with my MySQL table)

I will provide SSH access, perhaps it can be required to enable or create FTP account (or you can download all needed stuff by SSH up to you).
After finishing the task I will need access data to on all things.
