I want to make an electronic device that can be controlled from mobile via app or simple massage and can operate a relay on command, also must be able to send its GPS location to the Operators Mobile Phone via SMS, Must have a Backup Battery which must run it for 1 month without getting any external input Voltage Input is Upto 12 V which is variable so there must be simple Fluctuations stabilizer size of device must not be more than 3*3*1 inch size may be Small but not more than that.
