Required software development freelancer for Server Administrator and Email Support job

We are looking for a Server Administrator and Technician for our VPS Root Server!!!
We are looking for someone that will monitor out server, run backups, solve email issues.
The following responsibilities:

1. Installing and configuring software, hardware and networks
   
2. Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
   
3. Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
   
4. Install and configure software and hardware
   
5. Manage network servers and technology tools
   
6. Set up accounts and workstations
   
7. Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
   
8. Troubleshoot issues and outages
   
9. Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
   
10. Upgrade systems with new releases and models
    
11. Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
    
12. Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
    
    
13. MUST HAVE Good email troubleshooting skills and good server technician skills
    

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
   
2. Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
   
3. Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
   
4. Ability to create scripts in Python, Perl or other language
   
5. Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
   
6. Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
   
7. Excellent communication skills
   
8. BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus.
