Required Salesforce Sales Cloud,Administrative Support freelancer for Renewal Operations Analyst job

We are seeking an Operations Analyst to support the development of renewals strategy for the Customer Success Renewals team and help operationalize those strategies. You will be a key contributor to renewals process optimization and will work closely with Sales, Finance, and field operations. You will be assisting renewal team members and maintaining the quality of the data in Salesforce. You will also pro-actively follow-up with renewal team members to review the existing process and ensure that they are being followed consistently across all of our business units.

Minimum Required Skills, And Abilities:

• 1-2 years experience in renewals or customer success operations in industry.
• Experience with Salesforce, Clari, Gainsight, G-Suite.
• Ability to work with little supervision on a daily basis.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize short-term and long-term projects.
• Detail oriented with the ability to deep dive data to ensure accuracy.
