Required Scikit-Learn,Tableau,PowerBI,Python,Web Scraping freelancer for Data expert needed job

We're undertaking a new project in the data space and we need a data expert to join the team.

Needs:

• We need this particular person to run scripts to collect all different types of traditional and non
• traditional data. (I'll explain more about the data sets in private message).
  
• We'll need some guidance on establishing an account with google cloud or AWS.
  
• This person will be able to help visualize / analyze this data.
  
  We have a number of staff in Sydney and Manilla working on this project and need additional resources to help build the US data set out.
