   Focus on: Teams that cultivates a mindset of high performance. Everyday we should be aspiring to perform highly. Its starts with the individual, we all chose to want to perform at our best. A continued focus on challenging yourself, wanting more, learning and seeking feedback. Always holding yourself accountable.
   
2. Building the habits of High Performance
   Focus on: How you need to break old habits and build new ones. You cant listen to others if you want to be at your best, you have to listen to yourself and how much you want it. See others at a higher level then you, understand what they do. Starting with tiny habits and then build on these, tiny changes that are easy to do to form the habit. (Refer tiny habits principle)
   
3. Creating Leaders that thrive with change
   Focus on: Change is the new normal we need to build resilience and an eagerness to work with change day to day. Leaders need to be able to work in ambiguity and 'demystify'' things for their teams. We need to be able to always keep realistic and work though the challenges, stay focused and be optimistic about the future.
