Ionic Developer Needed for Help on Existing App (Integrates with a Wifi device to pull data)

It is necessary to modify the Ionic / Cordova app based on the use of the Cordova plugin to connect to a local WIFI network.
The general task of this app is to obtain truck weight data from a local module that measures weight and transfers this data through its own WIFI network. The general logic of this app is as follows:
- The Wi-Fi module is constantly on and transmits truck weight data.
- The user launches the app on his smartphone and this app automatically connects to the Wi-Fi network of this module.
- After a successful connection, the app makes a request to the Wi-Fi module to receive data. A simple API is used for this.
- If the weight and other data inside the app was successfully received, then the timer starts and every 10-20 seconds this information should be updated.
- If information is not received, a message should be displayed that an error occurred while connecting to the module
- In addition, inside the app, the driver has the ability to go into the settings section and upload the photo of his truck to the Wi-Fi module (using the API)
At the moment, all these functions work, but there is a problem with the stability and predictability of this app. In some versions of android there are problems with connecting and receiving data. This problem arises due to the Cordova plugin settings, which we use to connect to the local WIFI network.

2. Correct minor errors
3. Conduct thorough testing on different types of smartphones and tablets.

App was made based on Ionic v3. Therefore, you may have to update the code to version v5, although this part is at the discretion of the developer.
